We love creating and providing high-quality WordPress themes and helping our customers. We really care about your projects and your satisfaction is one of our top priorities. To eliminate any misconceptions we’ve comprised a list of most common questions and clear answers. Here is everything you need to know about our products and services:
How to buy your products?
Simply click on “Purchase” button located on theme’s description page. You’re now on Checkout page, include your first name and email address and proceed to payment. You’ll be redirected to Paypal where your transaction will be processed securely. When you complete the payment you’ll be able to instantly download the theme (we’ll also send you an email with your receipt and private download link).
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time all the payments are processed via Paypal, but in the near future you’ll be able to purchase our products using your credit card (the implementation is in progress). We’ll let you know once this will be possible.
Do you provide premium support?
We provide free technical support to all clients who purchased one of our premium WordPress themes. Please note that free support is only related to theme’s options, issues, functionality, etc. In order to get support you have to open a ticket via email providing as much useful information about your issue. We’ll get back with a proper solution as soon as we can (usually it takes less than 12 hours).
Do you provide documentation?
Each of our items comes with extensive documentation, it’s public and can be read on our website. There, you’ll find comprehensive step by step instructions, screens, videos and other useful information on how to set up and customize our themes. So, please read them carefully before addressing any support questions.
Do you provide updates?
We are constantly working on our products and making them better. All the fixes, changes, improvements and new features will be listed in the product’s changelog. You’ll receive all the updates for free.
On how many websites can I use a WordPress theme?
You can a theme on a single website. If you own multiple websites you have to buy a copy for each of them. You are not allowed to share, license, redistribute or resell our products.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds, as we sell digital intangible goods. Before purchasing one of our products, please read carefully its description/documentation, view its demo and browse other relevant info to make sure it fits your needs.
I need a custom feature or element, how can you help me?
If you need additional features, sections, components, etc. or have some issues that are not related to our theme (plugins, scripts, hosting, theme installation, etc.) you can request a paid customization. Currently we charge $30 per hour for customization works. Please get in touch with us for more details.
Do you have an Affiliate program?
At this time we don’t run an Affiliate program, but we’ll launch one in the near future. We’ll be splitting the profit equally with our partners and provide all the tools and materials for an efficient promotion. Keep an eye on our site and let us know if you would like to become our partner.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we’ll periodically send you custom offers and discounts. Simply subscribe to our emailing list and receive great resources, latest news, updates and amazing offers.
