According to w3schools Firefox is the world’s 2nd most used web browser. We all love it for its beautiful UI, great UX, customizability, add-ons and lots of unique features. For those who are in love with Firefox and are using it on a daily basis: here is the story behind its famous logo and some secrets you probably didn’t know.

Simplifying a style doesn’t always mean bringing it down to basic geometric shapes and solid colors.

The 2013 edition of the logo was designed by Sean Martell. The updated logo was created specifically with mobile in mind. It’s been optimized to be crisper and cleaner on small screens and lower resolution devices. However, it also scales nicely for use in retina displays, and can be accurately recreated in SVG.
